Laze by the large inground saltwater pool and soak up the sun while overlooking the surfers at the beach, or divers on the sunken naval warship HMAS Adelaide wreck, or even the paddleboats in the lagoon. This is the perfect spot to just unwind and take in the view.
The older style house is tastefully decorated in a casual beach style with all the necessary amenities to make for a relaxing holiday for both families, groups or couples wanting to get away.

Downstairs Level:
Terrace area has magnificent beach, ocean and lake views and is separated from pool area by pool safety fence and gate. It has a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting for 8 plus coffee table and lounge setting for 4.
Pool Level:
Large inground saltwater pool, large deck areas with outdoor sun lounges, umbrellas and outdoor dining setting. Ambient pool lighting for night swimming and entertaining.
Parking
Level driveway access from street at end of quiet cul-de-sac. Undercover parking for two cars right at the door on upstairs level. Back your car right up to the front door to unload your boot.
For families with young children wanting a relaxing beach holiday, Jay’s On Avoca provides baby items for a nominal fee. This includes large and small items needed for babies and toddlers and eliminates additional luggage, assisting in a hassle free holiday for parents.

This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.
